With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it has plenty of space for eight people to live very comfortably together and it is really close to all the things the family will want to do; Disney World, Golf Courses and the rest of Orlando.
If you want to explore Central Florida this villa puts you in a prime traffic-avoiding location. It is in a quiet residential neightbourhood but is also close to some major highways so travelling is easy.

Rental Rates
Precise rates vary according to the length of your stay, the time of year and whether you require pool heating or not.
As a rough guide, you can expect to pay something in the region of £425 in low season, £500.00 in mid-season and £550 at times of peak demand for a week’s stay.
If you require the pool to be heated, please add £100.00 per week to the rental price. This simply covers the fuel costs for heating the pool to 32 degrees.
